Our story

New Haven Pizza Truck was built on a simple idea: bring the soul of New Haven City to your driveway, backyard, or venue. We roll up with a Neapolitan wood-fired oven and bake true New Haven–style apizza—thin, chewy-crisp, and beautifully char-blistered—right where the party is.

What makes our pies different
